Shipping
All orders are shipped on the next business day from San Dimas, California via USPS mailing services. Expedited shipping options, including USPS Express Mail, UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS 3 Day Select, can be arranged upon request. Orders for same-day shipping must be placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time. Orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Shipping charges are based on the fixed rates listed on our website. If you require special delivery arrangements, please contact us by phone or email for additional handling services. According to the United States Postal Service delivery schedule, standard mail service typically takes approximately 3–7 business days for delivery within the United States. USPS Priority Mail generally takes 2–5 business days, depending on the destination.
Returns Policy
You may return an order within 14 days of delivery for any reason for a full refund. Before returning the goods, you must request an RMA number from us by email or phone. We will refuse any return without an RMA number.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the return is due to our error (for example, you received an incorrect or defective item), we will reimburse the return shipping cost.
You can expect to receive your refund within 5 business days after the goods are received by us. Detailed return instructions will be provided when the RMA number is issued.
